Stalking Rufus and a happy baby boy.

As you all know our first child was not Connor, no it was our dog Rufus. And I'll be honest I was a little worried about how Rufus would handle having Connor in the house. And to my surprise he does very well. He loves to play with Connor, we just have to remind them both (Connor and Rufus) to be gentle with one another. Now that Connor is on the move he loves to torment Rufus. Rufus usually loves to sleep on the couch until Connor plays him a visit, then he usually runs off as soon as Connor gets close and goes to the next available higher ground. In this following video I captured Connor right after he moves Rufus from the couch to the computer chair, and then how they have a stare down, until Connor gets to close and then Rufus decides to move again. It was just too funny not to capture.

This next video is Connor just goofing around with me on the couch. I love to hear him laugh and any time I can get that on video I like to share it with everyone.

Love,

Vanessa, Ryan, and Connor

Having fun with Connor

I always knew that I wanted to be a mom, but I never really knew how rewarding it was until I became one. I have been real lucky this last year to be able to spend this time with Connor. I can't believe how big he is getting, and how fast the time has gone. In less then a month, my little baby will be a year old. And over the last few months we've been having a blast. I thought that I would post a few things to show all of you the fun that we've been having. Enjoy.

Connor has recently started eating table food, and now I've often said that I didn't know who was the bigger begger...Connor or Rufus. Well this is a picture proving that point. Carol was feeding both the dogs and Connor gold fish, it was just to cute of a pic not to post.I woke up one morning and came out to see this, it was just too precious. Connor playing the drums on a popcorn tin. Wanting desperately to touch Rufus. Helping mom with the laundry. Grandma helping Connor show off his Colts shirt...GO COLTS!Aren't I a big boy now?
I see you.Connor playing in his "fort," the end table.
